This time was a surprise. Charlene called and told me that she's back in KL and I claimed that she was fooling around with me AGAIN. Yes, there were times that she will purposely call me up all the way from Australia to ask me to get dressed as she's on her way to fetch me along to One U! -_-" Anyhow, this time she was serious. An emergency trip back to Malaysia. Let's not get into her personal life. It's restricted to some of us only :P

We had our chat-gossip-shop-crazy-meet up on the day in between my first and my second paper exams! Blame it on the price of the air ticket that she needs to go back so soon. So, she had a theme for our outing -_-" Glamorous! SLK and I were shocked to hear that. We were supposed to be having dinner together only, what's with the theme right? Anyhow, we gave in.

We shopped, we walked, we ate at Chili's and we went back. Charlene was in her super cute MNG shirt which I fell in love with, vest, jeans and her very glamorous new bought heels *super gorgeous* and I was wearing my XOXO tube top *loves*, shorts, long cardigan and a new heels from Charlene whereas SLK was wearing her brand new skinny jeans, flats and the Zara top we bought for her last year's birthday! Glam? Yes. But end up with blisters alright! We can barely walk by the end of the day :(

As usual, we did our "thunder" dance in her car when we reach my house. It's a tradition! LOL. We have forgotten to take pictures throughout the day and only take it in the car. Mostly are pictures of SLK and I coz Charlene was busy on the phone. Pictures are all dark due to bad lighting and this is all I could do to adjust it. Sigh.

Here's my Post-departure-of-Spicy-B-retail-therapy post :) A little later than as promised coz I've been having really bad migraine after the Sungai Klah trip up till an hour ago. Panadol does its magic when you needed it.

I hate having to get used to not having someone who I have been hanging out almost everyday/every weekends for the past 3 months! It has been rough for me. Ugh, I'm weak =X

Retail therapy is definitely something that could improve nearly every girl's mood. So I went for one with sis one weekend after Spicy-B left. The only difference is, I went there with no extra cash to spend. Therefore, no comfort buys for me :(

Anyhow, trying clothes alone did a little good at least. The result of going on a shopping spree with an empty wallet.......................................

My Style. And Yours?

The classic style used to be a plain pants and a t-shirt to go with the pants. Even me, who is not so fashion conscious find it boring already. A change is what everyone needs once in awhile. I was referring to the way we dress. I am not saying that you need to doll up in order to look more interesting. A simple additional accessory will do the work. I think celebrities most of the time serve as a guide to us on how we could style ourselves differently with the same item.



I used to think that Dockers only sells male pants, but I was proven wrong when I explore the site and found that there were actually many types of female pants available under this label. I adore Dockers from young. It looks comfortable and most guys look good in them. Let's go back to the topic on how I usually wear my pants. I love wearing my pants with a long top that covers slightly above my butt. I match it with my charm bracelet and a pair of wedges. That's the simple and nice way to dress without being boring.

There were many celebrities who had inspired me on the way the match their clothing and accessories. I've always wanted to wear belts hanging on the hip but my body shape does not allow me to do so without adding some inches on the hips. I am now into long, plain necklace that goes so well with just a plain top. It's edgy and classy at the same time! It's just a matter of time till I am able to find one that is nice.

I Am My Favorite Pair Of Pants

I haven't been wearing pants for a very long time, unless shorts count. I used to feel uncomfortable to be in a pair of long pants as I'd be too conscious of how unfeminine I'd look. I would naturally have this rugged walk which I hate but can't seem to avoid. However, this ended after this year's birthday because I got a new pair of jeans from the two of my dearest! It was love at the first sight and I'm still loving that pair of jeans. It's no Dockers. It's only a Forever 21. But it still is a pair of pants, right? That pair of pants of mine is totally different from the other pants I used to own. I don't walk like a man now, I'm comfortable in it and I feel good wearing it! I wear it out, I wear it in. Yes, I try it out so often at home for no apparent reason.



Life as my favorite pair of pants is full of ups and downs. If I'm my pants, I'd tell the owner of how sick I am with all the trying and stretching. The only thing I'm happy about being tried on is how good I look in the mirror. I'm proud of the slimming effect I give to my owner and I'm positively sure that my owner is happy about it too because I heard "Ahhh.. I look taller and my thighs do not look as big now." for quite a number of times already. My owner is a vain creature. I'm not too happy to be dragged along the tar road during weekdays. But I do enjoy the trips to the malls and other special occasions. I'm kept save in a dry place after each trip and I think this will definitely gives me a longer life!

After this, I'm sure there are many other pants out there that are more than willing to be one of my favorite pants. I will treat them right. That's the life of my favorite pants. Is It Advisable To Wear Bikinis As Bras?

Holiday has become Stressful Day for me. Everyone will be at home. I repeat, EVERYONE will be AT HOME! Hence, Wesak Day has been a stressful one for me. Well, not only me. But to many of us at home. Kobe is definitely one of us. So we *I brought Kobe along* hibernated in the room for half a day. But unfortunately the weather was too hot for us to take in a room without air-conditioner :( I must say, I hate public holidays! I will only start loving public holidays when I start working. Hehe.

I shall move to another matter now, no point being stress about it now when everyone involved is already asleep. Hmm, I have been craving for many things nowadays. I wonder why this always happens when I am vacationing in Brokeville -_-" This is sad. My life is sad. Damn! Let's not think about the financial crisis, and let me dream a little bit.

I've been thinking about getting a bikini! I don't plan to wear it just like that. I don't have an ultra hot body like the models *self-conscious* and I do not even know how to swim. Don' get all confused over this. I actually thought of wearing the bikini inside, as a bra. It ought to be more comfortable than a bra. And it's so much nicer looking than a bra! Haha. But I don't think it gives support to the breast as how a bra does. I don't like the idea of what gravity can do to the breast! *saggy... saggy* :( I just love bikinis, even if I wear it only as inner wears. I heart beautiful and cute looking things! Cannot ah?! -_-" Wear it once awhile as a bra wouldn't hurt that much, right? Excuses :P Yes, when I want it, I'll try to convince myself one way or another.

Next craving, straw bags!! Not exactly straw bags alone. I've been browsing through too many websites selling nice bags! I saw a plain small sling bag that was selling on the web that goes well with any dresses of casual wears, but too bad I do not have the picture of it with me now. And it somehow gives me the girlish feel. Oh yea, I even found some nice straw bags that are oh-so-gorgeous~

Pick-up Line?

My date with SLK went well the other day :D I never complained going out with her. What is there to complain when you're out with a good companion?! OK, I'm not being completely honest here*blush*. I did feel reluctant to take the KTM to Mid Valley. Hehe. Nevermind about that, the important thing is I always end up taking it no matter how unsafe I felt walking behind those alleys in order to get the nearest station. That's the only I can get there nowadays. I do not have a car and I can't drive, plus I have no sense of direction. I have driving license though :P

Some guy approached us as we were walking in the mall and said to me, "Hey, you look familiar. I must have seen you somewhere!" No, he's not giving me his deadly lame pick-up lines. If it were, my advice is to make more effort in creating one. Being lame is alright, but let the effort be noticeable. How about "Is there an airport nearby or is that just my heart taking off?" or "Are you lost ma'am? Because heaven is a long way from here." -_-


Let me give you guys some hints. He and his friends are all wearing similar black t-shirts, holding a bottle of something in his hands, and a few strips of white papers. Yes, he was working in Mid Valley on that particular day. Yes, he's a perfume promoter! That's the reason why I looked familiar to him on that day! He must be desperate for the commissions, hoping either SLK or I will buy from him. Perfume is not something you can force someone into buying. But he just couldn't understand when I told him I do not like how it smells on my skin! Hard-sell just won't do! He kept saying, "Have you heard of Burberry? You know the brand? Ever heard of it? Have you been to the shop?" Hello~~ It's Burberry! He must have thought I just came out from a jungle or something and am so jakun not to know the brand. Anyhow, the point is when I buy perfume, it's the smell of it that I like, that's the reason I'm buying it. I'm not going to buy it just because of the brand when I do not fancy the smell that much! I'm sure most consumers are like that as well. I would rather pay more to get something that I like than to buy one that I do not like even if it's at a cheaper price. It is also a NO-NO for a promoter to criticize perfumes of other brands. He picked on the wrong perfume to talk bad at! He picked at the wrong perfume! Do not criticize one of our favourite perfume, Delicious! Conclusion, no purchase was made! :P

Back to my date. The purpose we went to Mid Valley was to post things over to Charlene. But mission not accomplished as we can't find a perfect box to put the things in. Responsibility then passed to SLK to post it hopefully by Saturday. SLK loves to food. So as usual, we indulged in various foods. All we did was eat, eat and eat. Then shop, shop and shop! Hehe. Shopping makes us very happy little girls! We fell in love with so many heels, wedges, pumps and flip flops!! But due to the long list of other things that we need to buy and the limited ka-ching ($$) in our wallet, SLK only managed to get a pair of flip flops. So sad! I might go back for one of the heels soon. Give me some time to do my budgeting first. I shall post up my list then you'd know I'm in such dilemma. I favourite item on that day was the dress I tried on!! I love it so so much! But it's a bit pricey :( Will do an individual post about the dress when I get the pictures from SLK.

We decided to pamper ourselves with a healthy drink from JuiceWorks before heading home. We got to take a longer way to get to JuiceWorks to avoid from getting attacked by that bunch of promoters again! Hehe. It's all worth it! JuiceWorks, my favourite healthy fruity juice! *yummy*

There are so many famous fashion nowadays. There are even fashion schools in California as well as good fashion schools in Los Angeles that are providing such courses in making your dream realized. Let's take Brooks College as an example. Brooks College is a fashion school in California that is providing degree courses in fashion design and fashion merchandising which would then qualify you as a designer, assistant designer, fashion stylist, patternmaker, fashion illustrator and many more.

How I wish I'm taking fashion courses instead. I want to be a designer too!

Short Hair, Do You Like It?

I had my hair cut by a professional! What's so great about professional hairstylist/hairdresser *I don't know what's the difference between those two. Hehe*? I don't know, I really don't. They tend to be stubborn and treat your hair as though it's their own!

No matter what and how you tell them how you how you want your hair to be, they never listen! They do what they want with their scissors! There's nothing much you can do. You don't dare to scream or yell because you will be dead scared that they will take revenge by chopping off all your hair. That's what happened to me!! Aaarrgghhh.... *sigh... I'm only able to scream here*

My hair was cut by Lawrence, the Artistic Director of the saloon in Metroprima, Kepong. At first I told him I wanted a bob haircut. So I wanted to rebond only the tip of my hair, hoping that it won't turn flat and I insisted to cut the back of it short! But he refused to cut it the length that I wanted. "I think like this is nice. If you don't like it only come back then I cut for you ok?" That's what he told me. So what happened after that? Take a look at the photos... *Ignore the pale face. I was unwell at that time*



He cut my fringe so short that I wanted to cry!!! Sobs... I don't want bangs!



It didn't get better even after the fringe parting...SIGH

I get so many negative comments! Someone said I look like a 10 years old kid! Someone even said that it's UGLY! *I was cursing you in my heart! :P*

So, I did go back to get him cut the back of my hair short... Just the way I wanted.. Although it didn't turn out EXACTLY the way I wanted. *Heck, I have no idea how to beautify it already!* It is acceptable, and I grew to love it now! :) Presenting to you my new haircut.... *clap*clap*
