2008 Great American Seafood Cook Off
Have you ever wanted to cook a fine and pleasant dish but do not know the right recipe? I am sure there is someone special you would love to please with a nice meal specially prepared by yourself. I perceive you would be keen on getting the perfect recipe right now. The finest dish ingredients prepared by the finest chef is what you would want to know. Ever heard of the Seafood Cook-off competition? If you had, you definitely have heard of a dish called “Mississippi Redfish Courtboullion with Seafood Dirty Rice”. Definitely my choice! The dish is prepared by Chef John Currence from Mississippi. It definitely looks tempting and I had tasted it! Nah, where on earth can I get such a fine chef to prepare anything like that? It is perfectly served with a unique style on its own, that’s what interests me the most.
If I would take a step in altering such a fine recipe, I think would just make it worst. So, the only thing I could recommend is using domestic seafood. It is not only sustainable but also fresh and it has great taste and definitely suits local taste.
