Repeated Happiness

It has been proven that unpleasant life events are easier to recall than pleasant ones and can overshadow day-to-day happiness. So we have to work harder at being happy.

Try this quick trick: The next time you're enjoying a happy moment, take a minute to pause and note down the details. Replay them before you head to bed, commit it to memory and soon these happy memories will be at the top of your mind more often.

You're welcome. I'm depress all the time. But currently not at such serious stage already. I hope you get back to your happy self soon! :)

Yeah, that's the nature of some human beings. Can't deny I'm one of them. I believe there's someone out there that is made to cheer for each of these beings.
